PATIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR (MOA)
The Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) role gives leadership to ensuring the KB Health Online Clinic functions optimally. This includes optimal patient care, financial tracking, a highly functioning work environment and team (Providers + PSC), and latitude for team members to grow in their roles. The role includes participation in quality improvement for the team and clinic and supporting the identification of areas for improvement, solution options, and implementing changes as part of the team.
