Job Description
We are looking for a team-player, someone who is passionate about their job and ready to provide excellent customer service, an individual who is ready to help us grow our business and one who takes pride in a job well done.
The successful applicant will posses excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Has an excellent work ethic and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
-Assist technicians promptly and effectively
-Provide excellent customer service, greet customers friendly and courteously
-Locate best products and services for best price for both external and internal customers
-Provide accurate quotes for parts and accessory requests, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and timely processing of parts orders
-Following up on back order and parts availability status as well as managing customer orders
-Merchandising new parts and assisting the shipper/receiver on an ongoing basis
-Have a positive team attitude and be willing to learn
-Ensure inventory is accurate
-Work with the team to keep our high standards
-Assist with yearly inventory
-Answer phone calls promptly and courteously
Job Requirements
Be mechanically inclined Preference will be given to those who have a high level of computer literacy Have love for the outdoors and RVing Have exceptional customer service Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
