Full Job Description Valet Restorations, A Successful West Kootenay Family Oriented Emergency Response Restoration Company with over 30 years in the industry, is rapidly growing and is now currently expanding in other areas of BC. When our clients experience a fire, flood, or other disasters, natural or man-made, we respond 24/7/365 to help them recover and get things back to normal. We are a preferred vendor to many of Canada's largest insurance companies.

We Currently have an immediate opening for an Office Assistant to join our family-oriented team.

In this position you will play a key role by performing various clerical tasks. You should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in the office, including filing, answering the phone, organizing documents, calling homeowners to schedule job, happily conversing with staff, manage multiple files, invoicing, and working with the Project Managers.

Reliability and strong work ethic combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with necessary office equipment, software, and procedures.

Wages will be negotiable.
