Job Description
Join our busy property management team as a part time administrative assistant. This position enjoys some flexibility in shift scheduling which can be a plus for an active lifestyle. The office has a comfortable, family friendly atmosphere and offers a supportive network.
Key Responsibilities Assist the property management division through -file creation and maintenance -data entry -client communication -banking and account reconciliations -mail -basic bookkeeping -bill payments -phone communication
Education and Experience Office admin training is a plus. Must be skilled in Microsoft Office programs and be able to type a minimum 50 MPM. Training on industry specific software will be provided. Most tasks are highly computer based. 50 WPM. Abilities to multi-task and prioritize are required. The employee must exhibit a high degree of diplomacy and confidentiality.
