Manager, Delivery of Benefits
Columbia Basin Trust is seeking a results-oriented Manager, Delivery of Benefits to join our team. If you like to work in a dynamic environment, have experience as a leader in business, planning, public program administration or policy development with strong project management and relationship building skills, we want to hear from you! This is a regular, full-time position based out of any of our four offices: Castlegar, Cranbrook, Nakusp or Golden.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Delivery of Benefits, the successful candidate will:
Work with a range of Delivery of Benefits Initiatives to lead, develop, and implement actions to address strategic priorities. Plan, develop, implement, manage and evaluate departmental programs. Conduct and direct critical analysis including research to support engagement and empowerment of Basin residents related to Trust strategic priorities. We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's Degree in business management, planning, public administration or policy, or a related field with a minimum of five years of leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have sound experience in managing both people and projects. Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining relationships with customers, businesses, local governments, First Nations and community groups is key. The successful candidate must have well developed research, presentation, communication and problem solving skills, the ability to prioritize while managing multiple projects, and the ability to travel extensively.
