Assist with the maintenance, repairs and small renovations as needed to all TACL buildings and proper seasonal maintenance related to buildings, grounds and equipment, in one or more areas such as general plumbing, painting and grounds keeping.

Performs carpentry, painting, mechanical and plumbing maintenance and repairs such as repairing furniture, constructing shelves, installing switches and other basic appliance repairs, applying paint and other finishes, hanging and repairing drywall, disassembling and reassembling equipment, replacing sinks and toilets, and applying finishing material such as linoleum and laminate flooring.
