KC Recycling is hiring a full time Maintenance Manager!

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the Maintenance Team, providing support to the Engineering & Operations departments, developing maintenance schedules and ensuring maintenance projects are completed in a timely manner.

The Maintenance Manager is a key member of a small, professional team. They contribute to KC Recycling's continued success by bringing preventive maintenance & projects to completion on time by establishing realistic and achievable planning initiatives. They are also responsible for the overall development of maintenance planning and schedules while ensuring that all maintenance planning activities support the business needs of KC Recycling.

Managing assigned work orders by priority and finishing dates as well as defining and preparing work Conducting detailed planning, scheduling, resource estimation, allocation & report progress and performance in a complex process plant Involvement in routine/forced outages and scope of work creation and maintain work orders to provide integrity of history tracking and maintenance repair costs data. Lead the maintenance team to continue their success and development of ongoing effective improvements. Integrating safety improvements involving all disciplines and maintain accurate records and documentation. Skills & Qualifications:

Typically 5+ years of related industry experience with red seal & project management experience Planning certification and Lean Six Sigma certification would be an asset Familiarity with the concept of continuous improvement methodology. Expertise in:

Maintenance planning in an industrial plant setting Microsoft Office Suite Successful applicants must provide acceptable evidence of being fully immunized against COVID-19
