Kootenay Insurance Services (KIS) is looking for a Commercial Sales Manager in the Kootenay/Okanagan region. This is a remote/in office position. Manages the day to day operation of the commercial insurance portfolio for selected clients and for new clients across all communities to ensure the delivery of quality insurance services to customers in the community in accordance within established regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures, and organizational service standards. Leads, directs and supervises a licensed commercial insurance assistant/broker to ensure the effective utilization of human resources and to promote motivation and professionalism. Establishes and pursues relationship building with key contacts within the community.

Salary: $59,029.00-$73,788.00 per year
