The Grind is hiring! We are looking for either a full-time person, or two part-time persons. The position would start with cash/customer service duties or food preparation, and could also include barista and baking duties, depending on the interest and skills of the candidate. The job will start asap, and candidates must be able to work at least one weekend day. We look forward to meeting you!

The Grind is Rossland’s favourite coffee shop and eatery, centrally located across from the post office in our picturesque mountain town. We serve locally roasted Oso Negro coffee and espresso drinks, fresh-baked muffins, scones, cinnamon buns, squares, loaves and more. Gluten-free baked goods are also made in-house. We also have a location in the KBRH hospital in Trail.
