The Finance Administrator (FA) is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and financial management of the organization in cooperative with a Financial Assistant. The annual budget is approximately 3.3 million $. The FA is a hands-on, collaborative manager with proven experience in accounting, budgeting, contract management, payroll and benefits, and all aspects of non-profit finance. You will work within a dedicated, flexible management team with 50 years of providing quality services.


Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Accounting designation is an asset. Passion for organizational and financial management. Minimum of 3 years of senior financial experience. Non-profit or government experience is a huge asset. Ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into organizational/financial planning.
