Field Crew Supervisor
Reporting to the Field Program Manager, the Field Crew Supervisor will oversee a crew to carry out a variety of invasive species fieldwork activities including: surveys and removal of invasive plants in priority locations; sign installation and removal; seeding and/or planting; landowner outreach; biological control agent surveys and possible collection. After field season, tasks will include supporting the Field Program Manager to manage and analyze data, prepare reports, and complete season wrap-up tasks. The position requires extended and variable hours, and extensive driving during the field season. A vehicle will be supplied for all job-related travel. You will be required to complete outdoor fieldwork including brushing, walking for long periods of time, weed pulling and/or heavy lifting in a variety of weather. You must be physically fit and will be expected to conduct all aspects of this job.
