The Family Outreach Worker implements intervention plans within program guidelines and provides referrals, support, guidance and problem solving to participants to address issues related to family functioning. Work may be required outside office and normal working hours.

Qualifications:

Minimum of Diploma in related human resources field Two (2) years recent related experience Class 5 Driver’s License and a vehicle in good working condition
