Job Description

Opportunities currently exist to join our team as an Entry Level Operator (formerly known as Relief Pool). These opportunities will be utilized to provide relief support in various departments throughout the Mill in a variety of positions. As these positions are used to provide relief coverage, the ability to be flexible in your work scheduling is a must.

This entry level position is the gateway into the line of progression within our workplace. Entry Level Operators have the ability to bid on available positions through the various mill departments when they become available. The vacancies are then filled by seniority.

The successful Entry Level Operator candidates will be those who are motivated, safety focused and work well as a part of a team.


Positive attitude towards safety – OFA Level 3 Considered an asset Grade 12 diploma or equivalent (required) Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work alone and in a team environment Basic computer literacy skills Application Process
