Job Description

esponsible for assisting the Engineering Department on various tasks related to municipal infrastructure and assisting with quality control, data management and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Manager of Engineering & Infrastructure, you will be providing support through specific tasks related to the City’s water, sanitary, storm and transportation networks. You will also be responsible for collecting accurate data in the field through measurements, surveys, and inspection records and perform quantity calculations for internal projects.

Qualifications The successful candidate will be enrolled in a full-time post- secondary Civil or Environmental Engineering program (diploma or degree) with completion of the first year of the program. A BC Driver’s License Class 5 or “N” is essential. This position is CUPE Local 2262 position attracting an hourly rate of $22.00 plus 10% in lieu of benefits.
