The Early Childhood Educator works to implement an emergent, nature and play-based Early Learning program. They will provide quality child care to community families from ages 0-5.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provides childcare support by maintaining a clean and safe environment for children

Understands the Childcare Centre Policies and Procedures

Supervises indoor and outdoor play (including field trips)

Creates a positive setting for children to learn

Considers a child’s first learning years with enthusiasm and dedication.

Motivates and supports each child

Promotes each child’s individuality and self-esteem

Inspire children, parents, and staff to develop lasting and meaningful friendships with one another
