Manage incoming calls, emails and the online chat room from customers province wide. Place orders for customers using Accumatica ERP system Provide customers with information about products and services Set up customers for online ordering and provide knowledge of services provided on our Website. Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively Strong team player as well as having the ability to work well autonomously Positive and friendly attitude. Ability to pivot and adapt to changes easily and is a continua learner Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed Assist sales team by identifying and generating new leads All other duties as may be assigned Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.65 per hour
