The Customer Relationship Manager will deliver consultancy and customer engagement activities, and transfer industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills. The successful candidate will assist in all levels of technical account planning and accompany Business Development Managers on customer meetings. Working with the Plex CanadaTeam, your responsibilities will include the development of formal written sales proposals and tender responses and the ability to present and differentiate product offerings at a technical level from the competition.

We need someone to build the company together with Dhiraj who has over 18 years of experience globally and can bring in a lot of expertise and knowledge on the table for the candidate that is selected.

Since you meet new people with new ideas and businesses daily this gives you a bird’s eye view of the growth strategy in the Kootenays.
