Description: Job Responsibilities:

  • Cook various Asian cuisine based on food orders for customers
  • Prepare various food materials and ingredients such as sauces, raw meat, vegetables, sauces, food garnishments and eating utensils
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Minimize wastage during food preparation
  • Keep work area clean and free of unsanitary items and objects, properly dispose of waste in appropriate receptacles
  • Manage kitchen operation for normal daily operation
  • Provide training on food preparation and secondary cooking
  • Supervise and assign jobs to kitchen staff and helps

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • High School Diploma is required
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Physically and health demanding for the job
  • Have passion on Asian/Chinese cuisine
  • Be positive and able to work at a fast pace and handle pressure.
  • Strong working knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety and sanitation practices
  • Strong knowledge of herbs, spices, flavorings
  • Familiarity with general kitchen equipment and appliances
  • Ability to use food preparation equipment, including knives and other sharp objects


  • At least one year of experience as an Asian Food Cook
