We currently have an immediate opening for a Contents Assistant with experience in the industry to join our family oriented team in a ground-level opportunity.
Reporting to the Contents Manager the successful candidate will be a hands-on team player with experience and with Previous experience working in a Contents Division within the industry. They will be responsible for day to day functions pertaining to contents, property cleaning, constant communication with the Insured, insurance company and the project manager.
Assisting with the cleaning and restoration of contents damaged by water, fire, smoke, and other contaminants.
Willing to wear PPE should the need arise.
Providing exceptional customer service
Willingness to help and teach others.
Capturing content images and uploading to our database
Content cleaning and packing
Site clean up
Detailed job records
Be available for new floods/fires, during work hours
Be available for new floods/fires, after work hours, when On-call. On-Call rotation averages 1 week in every 4 weeks.
Assisting crews with other duties in the industry should the need arise.
Valid drivers license and a clear Drivers Abstract with a clean Criminal Record Check
Superior customer service skills and professionalism with clients.
Able to work as a team.
Able to communicate effectively.
Able to work alone or with minimal supervision.
Must have knowledge in computer skills.
Able to lift contents and boxes.
Wage negotiable and Pending on experience.
