Summary: Columbia Respiratory offers screening for and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) as well as home oxygen products and services.

Description: Job description Greeting patients, making appointments, managing emails, phone calls, and patient walk-ins, maintaining front desk and reception areas; Managing and updating patient records, registering new patients, transcribing treatment notes and producing reports for physicians; Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance; Performing general accounting and billing services, processing insurance forms Overseeing office and medical supplies inventory; Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality. General office cleaning duties Medical office background is an asset Sales/Retail experience is an asset Computer knowledge is an asset Must be outgoing and enthusiastic
