Job Description
We will train you! Multiple remote locations hiring - You will be licensed to sell personal lines insurance and you will have access to further resources to advance your knowledge, training, and ultimately, your career. In this role you will help our customers through a variety of insurance needs and generating referrals for complete coverage.
CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
Our Call Center Representatives are responsible for proactively meeting customers’ needs in a high volume contact center. In this ever-changing environment, we are looking for team members who are passionate about customer service, that like to have fun and celebrate their successes together.
Here is what a typical day looks like
Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for the customers Optimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers’ needs Quickly access information from online databases to complete customers transactions Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews Adapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call, and customers priorities
The value you bring
Level 1 General Insurance License required, must obtain Level 2 License within 90 days, employer paid and supported. Passionate about customer service 2-3 years in a sales or customer service Excellent phone etiquette Professional experience building rapport with customers
Preferred
Call center experience Level 2 General Insurance License preferred Previous Insurance experience preferred Adept in retrieving customer data efficiently Recent post-secondary and or vocational training
NOTE: This posting will be used to fill various positions across Western Canada
Location: This is a remote position, looking for individuals located anywhere in AB, BC & ON
Full Time – 37.5 hours/week rotating schedule
Mon-Friday 7am -7pm- pacific time
Saturdays 9am -5pm- pacific time
