MountainTransport Institute Ltd. / Kootenay Charters is currently seeking a Bus Cleaner / Detailer to join our team in Castlegar. Positions are Permanent Part-Time / On Call – this is a great position for a student looking to become familiar with the transportation industry!

The Preferred Candidate has: • Flexible availability • Previous vehicle detailing experience (considered an asset) • The ability to work quickly and autonomously / unsupervised • The ability to stand for long periods of time, to bend and kneel when necessary • The ability to work in all types of weather • The ability to understand, speak, and write English • A positive, hardworking attitude • The ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment • A home-base in the Castlegar, BC area • A sense of pride in one’s work and a consideration for one’s co-workers

Duties: • Cleaning and detailing the interior of the vehicles • Pressure washing the outside of the vehicle • Cleaning in-vehicle washrooms • Sweeping • Mopping • Window cleaning • Miscellaneous building / yard cleaning duties
