We are hiring part-time and full-time Sales Associates (or Budtenders if you will) for our stores located in Warfield and Fruitvale BC.

Our people are our greatest strength, and working in this highly regulated industry requires confidence, dedication, and integrity. A basic understanding of cannabis is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential. Excellent conversational skills and a minimum 2 years of customer service is ideal but not required.

Duties may include (but are not limited to)

• opening and closing the store
• answering questions from customers regarding the products and the industry in general
• cash handling, and some reporting

Successful candidates will have an opportunity to grow with the company as we are set on expanding to other markets.

Applicants will be responsible for obtaining their Worker Security Verification and Selling It Right - but we can help you navigate the steps for this.

A comprehensive training program will be provided on all things cannabis - we will be hiring for a positive attitude and we’re willing to train for skill.

The hourly wage starts at $16.00 per hour, with the potential for up to $18.00 as experience grows.
