Job Description

Castlegar Hyundai is hiring a Service & Parts Assistant to join our growing and successful team. In this role, you will support our service and parts team in several areas to ensure the smooth operation of the department and prompt, professional customer service. If you have experience in customer service and/or sales, we welcome your application. Automotive experience is helpful but not essential as we provide ongoing training and support. This role offers the opportunity to advance within the dealership.


Assist with parts shipping, receiving and invoicing. Answer phones and book service appointments. Work with service advisor to ensure parts are ready for client appointments. Take customer requests for parts and work with manager to provide accurate and timely quotes. Assist with repair estimates and quotes. Assist with customer follow up calls. Filing and administrative tasks. Deliver parts to our technicians as needed. Help keep parts and service areas clean and well organized. Assist with parts inventory organization. Learn parts and service aspects of our computer system. Participate in continuous training opportunities to develop parts and service knowledge and continue career growth. Other duties as required.
