Atco has an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our finance team at our office in Fruitvale. Reporting to the Controller you will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial reports, as well as key performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
·Preparation of month-end financial analysis and internal financial statements.
·Preparation of weekly cash flow forecasts.
·Compilation and analysis of key performance indicators.
·Participate in budget and forecast preparation.
·Data analysis and analytics.
·Provide support and backup within the finance team.
·Provide support and backup within the company regarding the ERP system.
·Other tasks as required.
·Accounting education (Business Administration Diploma, in progress towards an Accounting Designation, or several years of relevant experience).
·Relevant experience in accounting functions and data analysis; Forestry and/or manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
·Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Office, SQL); experience with other software programs (Forestry related; ERP systems; Accounting systems e.g. Simply Accounting, Syspro, BOS).
·Strong aptitude to learn new software and other skills.
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·Ability to work well within a small team environment, and manage time and deadline pressures.
