In this role, you will work closely with our sales teams at two dealerships to achieve the highest level of customer service and reach our goals for sales and profitability. You will also provide valuable support for our sales managers.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with vehicle purchases, including customer proposals and paperwork. Appraise trade-in vehicles. Provide backup and support to our sales managers at Castlegar Hyundai and Castlegar Kia. Use online tools to prepare financing and leasing options for clients. Assist customers directly when needed. Learn Hyundai and Kia products and stay current with manufacturer programs and policies. Assist and monitor customer follow-up. Coordinate vehicle deliveries. Assist with marketing efforts, including dealership websites. Various administrative duties. Skills and experience required:

Sales and customer service experience. Strong communication skills. Desire to work with others. Basic math skills. Ability and desire to learn new skills and information. Comfort with computers and technology. Track record of achievement. Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status. Valid driver's license. What we offer:
