This is a full time contract position ending May 31, 2022 the position has a variety of admin, dispatch, and service writing duties.
Providing reliable support and assistance to dispatch and drivers at all times. Entering data accurately and in a timely manner to build and close daily reports. Creating reports from internal data that communicate all relevant details to management. You will open work orders, process warranty claims, and maintain service technician work orders. Maintain accurate reports and records relative to the service department’s operation. Responsible for answering phone calls, and managing emails. Other Administrative duties that may be assigned. Requirements
GED (High School) diploma. Post-secondary courses or diploma would be considered an asset. Valid license or reliable transportation to and from work. Experience with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook). Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. Ability to perform tasks requiring cooperation and instruction. Strong organizational skills. Knowledge of transportation industry an asset. Truck repair shop experience or knowledge an asset. A general understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred.
