We are looking for an individual who is customer orientated, willing to learn, detail orientated and ready to join our team!

General Responsibilities:

Liaise with project manager and remote bookkeeper to support them in their everyday tasks. Respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries from clients, insurance adjusters, and other parties. Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals. Schedule carpet cleaning appointments. Perform data entry such as entering timecards, entering invoices, updating client information/ job information etc. Organize, maintain office/client records and files in their proper locations. Order office/company supplies when needed. Submit statements as required to certain parties such as WCB reports Work with the office manager on accounts payable Manage accounts receivable (entering payments, sending out invoices, reminders on overdue accounts) Submit bi-weekly payroll Type forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary. Aid the remote manager in the hiring process/employee affairs when needed. Skills/ Competencies Required:

2 years of direct work experience in a receptionist/ office administrator capacity preferred. Able to write simple correspondence, including memos, letters, etc. General mathematical skills. Adjusts and is flexible to meet changing work needs and demands. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases. Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Quickbooks is an asset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
