The successful candidate will play a key role in improving the overall efficiency of our Maintenance Department and also provide support where it may be needed in order for the Maintenance team to focus on their core tasks.

Professional Experience, Qualifications, and Competencies
Scheduling experience; preferably with experience using scheduling software Prior administrative experience; min 3 – 5 years Proficient in MS Office and G Suite programs Excellent communication skills Excellent computer, organizational and time management skills Experience working within a unionized environment
Completion of Grade 12
