The Skills Centre is perfectly suited for innovation. With all of the equipment, models and facilities needed to simulate an actual clinical environment, the Skills Centre is a breeding ground for device innovation, a place where researchers, engineers and entrepreneurs can collaborate to find innovative technological solutions to important healthcare problems.

With teaching and learning being the primary focus of the Skills Centre, it provides an excellent environment for education innovation. The Centre enables medical education researchers to study new training and learning approaches, technologies and simulators.
